JOB DESCRIPTION
The following are the job responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans
- Sourcing through portals
- Screening resumes
- Lining up interviews
- Follow-up on interview process status
- Taking care of the joining formalities of employees
- Employee code generation
- Providing support to management team
SKILLS REQUIRED
- 6-12 months experience relating to HR (mandatory)
- Effective communication skills (verbal & written)
- Knowledge of MS office
- Innovative & resourceful
- Result oriented
- Self-starter
