On boarding process & induction of new hires.
Coordinate Training & Development Programmes /Interventions.
Administration of attendance & leaves for both white collar & blue collar employees.
Provide Salary inputs to central payroll for blue collar & white collar employ’s to ensure on time
payment through SAP.
Update & maintain blue collar personal files and ensure proper closure of files on separation.
Implement file tracking & Record keeping system.
Ensure smooth exit process on completion of notice period & settle full and final settlements in
coordination with BHR.
Proactively own, address all employee grievances at lowest level & escalate timely where ever
required.
Compliance of ISO standards applicable to HR.
Ensure legal compliance as per tracker attached & maintain all required records.
Monitor contract labour engagement / job contracts on daily basis in coordination with operations.
Implement daily manning track sheets.
Track and renew contracts on labour supply and job contracts.
Scrutinize/ process bills of contractors/ service providers for on time payment.
