Techvolt Software Pvt Ltd involved in Software development (ERP, CRM, HRM, Billing Solutions), web development, IoT (Internet of things), Embedded systems, Data Science with Machine learning and digital marketing services (SEO).

PROFILE INTRO:

Techvolt Software hiring HR Executive for our branch located in Coimbatore. Candidates with good hands on exposure in IT Recruitment is preferred.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Qualification : MBA(HR)/MSW/MA-2022/2023

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Good Communication

• MS-Word

EXPERIENCE: 0-1 Year.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To maintain HR database

2. Scheduling of interviews and communicating with candidates for joining.

3. Posting Job Advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.

SALARY PACKAGE:

As per the Industry Standards.

ROUNDS OF INTERVIEW:

➢ Written Test

➢ Face to Face Interview

✓ Immediate Joiners are preferred.

✓ Selected Candidates should undergo 3-4 months Internship training.
