We are hiring for HR Executive at Chennai ( Redhills)

Experience HR Executive - 3 to 5 years

Preferred Work Experience: Retail/Logistics/FMCG Industry/MFG

Responsibilities:

Handling end to end HR activities

Good in manpower vendor Management

Ensure Harmonious Industrial Relations on Site.

Assist in Overall Management of Statutory Compliance

Develop & Implement Grievance Management Procedure.

Resolve employee-related issues with Leave & attendance and other issues, Coordinate

with Payroll & Compensation benefits team.

Developing & Maintaining MIS report & other HR reports

Handling exit interviews

Preparing Monthly updates of HR Department

Salary : lakhs per annum

Education: MBA/MSW Regular university
