What has to be done:

1. Responsible for the end to end recruitment process.

2. Responsible for Joining & Exit Formalities.

3. Has to handle the background verification.

4. Employee Database maintenance.

5. Staff Attendance maintenance.

6. Statutory register maintenance.

7. PF & ESI Registrations
