assist in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Processes
conduct Employee On Boarding and Orientation
time Office Management
maintaining of the Leave Tracker On a Monthly Basis and Attendance Calculations
maintain Employee Files and Records in Electronic and Paper Form
should Be Able to Arrange and Monitor Welfare Activities for the Work Force
assist in Development and Implementation of Human Resource Policies
administer Compensation and Benefit Plans
should Be Conversant of Statutory Rules and Regulation and Its Implementation
maintain Daily / Monthly Hr Mis Reports.
requirements:
the Desired Candidate Should Possess a Minimum of 1-2 Years of Relevant Hr Experience.
understanding of General Human Resource Policies and Procedures
outstanding Verbal and Written Communication Skills
proficiency with Ms Office Suite
strong Organizational Skills with the Ability to Multi-task
