ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment¬- entire process till joining formalities and documentation.
2. Database Management-Maintain data base of all employees. Their personal and qualification detail. Their promotion, re-designation, performance appraisal and increment detail.
3. Employee Retention, Employee Engagement and welfare- Birthday celebrations, outdoor activities, one day trip etc.
4. Performance Appraisal-Assess the performance of candidate yearly, self and by his/her reporting manager and give salary appreciation according to his score.
5. Training & Development- After reviewing his/her performance identify training needs and organize training program to bridge the gap between existing skills and knowledge and required skills and knowledge.
6. Prepare and maintain job description of each designation that means define role and responsibility for each post.
7. Attendance working at the end of the month for salary processing.

9. Improving employee satisfaction by provide a positive working environment. By giving them rewards and recognition. develop employees skills and potential.
10. Employee performance improvement through: communication clear expectation. Make sure performance appraisals are consistent.
11. Make employee development a priority- whatever career goals they have set for their future, help them to achieve that. Empower employees to do their job effectively and perfectly.
12. Coordinate frequently with each employee and realize him that his role is very important in achieving company mission. Solve his problems (if he has) and make him/her proactive.
13. Resolve employees dispute. Create good and healthy environment. Make strong team bonding.
14. Prepare KRA and KPI formats and reports for all employees. Make them aware about that and make sure it should be implemented in each department.
15. Complete Exit procedure & Full & final settlement.
