Recruitment of all positions in the office staff .Searching/screening of all eligible applicants for suitable candidates for various positions/vacancies of office staff and arrange interviews of suitable candidates as per management requirements

(2) Issuing LOI to selected candidates and coordinating with selected candidates in the joining process

(3) Verification of antecedents of new selected candidates, verification of documents, maintaining HR document files of all employees & issue of Appointment letters, Maintaining all HR related data and documents on SPINE software and regularly updating these details in the software.

(4) Organizing Induction training programme for new joinees in the company.
