RESPONSIBILITY:

* Help with the recruitment strategy and fulfilment of hiring across multiple lines of business of the organization

* Proactively build diverse candidate pools while leveraging all available sourcing channels

* Screening and shortlisting resume

* Cold calling to candidates

* Prepare monthly payroll change sheet

* Maintain human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.

* Document and track HR actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.

* Workplace experience activities support

* Basic IT administration - IT equipment delivery and coordination for new joiner and off boarding, maintain equipment tracking sheet.

PRIMARY SKILLS:

* Good drafting (must good hands on Internet, word, power point, others)

* Experience in administering HR operations using automated tools

* Excellent time and program management skills
