4 + years experience in HR Generalist role

Job Description:

➢ Recruiting talented employees.

➢ Managing on boarding and training for new hires

➢ Tracking Attendance / Leave / Payroll

➢ Handling employee grievances

➢ Retaining good employees

➢ Ensure accurate employee information and documentation;

➢ Manage organization chart, compensation and employee benefits;

➢ Ensuring compliant HR systems from entry to exit & work on HRMS to automate processes;

➢ Track compliance of applicable laws, corporate governance across all offices;

➢ Responsible for implementing, enforcing and administering employment regulations as well as policies and procedures at all levels;

➢ Manage Performance Management, Provide proactive guidance and counsel to managers and employees on employee relations issues;Support trainings, workshops and activities.
