Job Title: Executive – HR & ADMIN

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Description: HR Executive responsibilities include Actively involved into recruitment, creating referral programs, updating HR policies.

Experience / Requirement 1-2 years

Roles & Responsibilities: Human Resources

Recruitment –Constant need for manpower keep arising which need to be attended to swiftly and efficiently. The requirement should be understood well and the apt candidate for the opening should be appointed.

Induction – Understand the Company’s nature of work, policies, culture. Induct the new employees with detailed explanation about the HR policies and the other work related ethics and duties from a HR perspective. Ensure that the new recruit knows all the company’s rules and also is comfortable to be at company from day one of employment.

Training – It is important the training sessions relevant to the employee growth in terms of skill development that would enable better performance output are conducted periodically. This shall be done in consultation with the Managers and with the approval of the Directors.

Exit formalities – Handling the exit formalities of those employees who resign from the company with care and sensitivity. It is the duty of the Executive – HR to make their exit from the company smooth and memorable.

Reports- Prepare Daily reports for Attendance, Penalty& late arrival reports. Prepare recruitment Dashboard for candidates who apply for PCC

Administration

Housekeeping – Handling housekeeping duties

- Supervision of housekeeping and security staff

- Maintaining cleanliness of the premises

- Ensuring timely servings of beverages during breaks

- Handling and accounting of petty cash for day to day expense towards maintenance and housekeeping with periodic updates to Finance Department

- Prepare Salary calculations for HSKPNG
