Responsibilities
Create job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms
Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and coordinating with the hiring managers
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring the completion of the necessary paperwork
Maintain employee records and update the HR databases
Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation program
Handle employee queries and provide basic HR-related information and assistance
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing employee events and activities
Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvements
Stay updated with HR best practices and legal requirements
