• Gathering hiring requirements in coordination with the HR Manager
• Designing and updating job descriptions post confirmation from HR Manager
• Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (Naukri, Indeed, Shine, LinkedIn, etc)
• Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Employee Onboarding formalities
• Employee Offboarding/Exit formalities
• Employee engagement activities
• Employee record keeping
• Statutory compliances –PF, ESI, Labor laws etc–A generic knowledge & basic hands-on
• Daily, weekly & monthly reporting of departmental activities to HR Manager
• Employee record keeping
• Assisting in various Admin related activities
• Adherence to timelines
• Working closely with the HR Manager and being a bridge in the department
• General coordination as assigned by the HR Manager
