JOB DESCRIPTION - HR Executive

Were on the lookout for a Human Resources Executive to manage HR programs across the company - everything from recruiting, onboarding, and training management to performance management and compensation. The role will involve working, side-by-side, with our employees to foster a positive environment and make sure the companys mission and goals are effectively implemented.

Job Location- Mumbai

Experience- 2+ years

Salary- 25 - 30K

Job Type- Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities:

Updating company databases by feeding new employee contact information and employment details

Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies

Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates and taking interview follow up.

Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms

Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled

Assisting the HR staff in gathering market salary information

Assisting in the planning of company events

Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.

Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters

Requirements:

Hands on social networks like LinkedIn, Instagram

Bachelors degree in a relevant field is mandatory

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

strong interpersonal communications skills.

Interviewing Skills and basic analytical Skills
