Role-

Primary responsibilities will be coordinating between the HR manager and teams day to day activities. Scheduling the meetings with clients and connecting the teams. Employees data management on payout, leaves, appraisal. Identifying the need and helping the HR manager in recruitment. Conducting various activities in the organization. Responsibilities-

Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data.

Use Job portal like Naukri, Monster, Times jobs.

Setting appointments and arranging meetings

Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications

Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process

Preparing new employee files

Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)

Administering new employment assessments.

Serving as a point person for all new employee questions.

Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system.

Salary sheet & attendance system maintenance.

Organizing fun activities and events in the office.

Prepare & send daily report to the Manager.

Must have good communication skills.

Salary : Based on your last salary drawn

Office Timings : AM to PM

Working Days : Mon - Sat

Two way cab facility will be provided by the company
