Implementation of the Action Plan by breaking them down to Objectives, Tasks, Roles and Responsibilities for every single employee.
Primary responsibilities will include liaising with existing employees and employment agencies, managing day to day HR Activities, including filing of monthly, annual and other ESI and PF returns, conducting periodic trainings, maintaining attendance and other HR records.
Payroll Management and Statutory Compliances knowledge Employee Database Management, Issuance of Various Letters, Leaves & Attendance Management, Payroll, EPF-ESIC & Legal Compliance, Performance Review & Management, Trainings & Development activities, Employee Engagement Activities, CSR, Generalist role Handling End to End Recruitment.
Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and keep up with a high volume of activity.
