Will be handling GERG group of companies’ staffs and recruitment
Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Assess the applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Promote the company's reputation as the best place to work.
Conduct periodic team meets, Town halls, and other events to get a sense of the progress of the team and concerns.
Identify concerns of low or non-performers and create a plan for addressing the same to improve or exit.
Creating and running an effective reward and recognition program to encourage talent, new ideas, and contributions.
Contribute positively to building the culture within the organization
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Recruiter for 6 months to 2 years (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc).
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc).
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong on ownership and ensures completion of any assignment and strives to meet quality and timelines.
Should be plan and timeline driven requiring minimal follow-up.
Should be driving the process rather than overseeing it or playing a backbencher role.
Strong in people management and approachable.
