We’re looking for highly intuitive and driven entry-level HR professionals who will be tasked with recruiting and managing our interns, employees, partners etc. and enable them to seamlessly integrate into our unique work environment.
Note: This is a challenging but extremely rewarding role for anyone with a passion for HR and a sincere interest in developing their own inner potential.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily end to end recruitment
- Source prospective candidates by utilizing various methods including internet job boards, LinkedIn, networking, direct sourcing etc.
- Screen applicants' skills based on their resume and through interviews
- Closely evaluate the performance of employees
- Meet team members at regular intervals to discuss performance
- Address disciplinary and grievance issues
- Communicate termination of employment when required, handle follow-up questions
- Prepare letters, agreements & certificates
- Create systems & processes for recruitment
Requirements:
- Have excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- A keen sense of human behaviour & a knack for handling social situations
- Able to work efficiently under minimal supervision
- Comfortable with regular, one-on-one and group video calls
- A friendly demeanour and high degree of empathy
- Objectivity in evaluating team members’ performance
- Able to tackle conflict situations with respect and understanding
