Job Description
As an HR executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our workforce and maintaining an environment that fosters growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing:
• Actively participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to on-boarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide support in fulfilling them.
• Maintain and update job descriptions, job postings, and candidate databases.
2. Employee Relations:
• Foster a positive work environment by resolving workplace issues and promoting employee engagement.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters as necessary.
3. Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
• Support in the implementation of performance management systems.
4. Compliance and Policies:
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Keep updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Note:- Interviews will be F2F and only 1 round would be conducted.
