1. Recruiting, Hiring, and Retaining Talent:
Develop accurate and detailed job descriptions to attract the right candidates.
Analyze the job market and establish competitive salary ranges before posting positions.
Screen applications and resumes to shortlist candidates for interviews.
2. Onboarding:
Conduct background checks and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
Explain payroll, benefits, and company policies to new hires.
Ensure all legal paperwork and records are complete, accurate, and securely maintained.
3. Employee Engagement
Foster an open environment for employees to voice concerns and discuss issues.
Recognize individual and team achievements; share successes and learn from failures.
Organize company-wide events and communicate new policies and strategic goals promptly.
Mediate conflicts and tensions among employees as needed.
4. Performance Management
Define and measure performance based on organizational KPIs.
Conduct regular check-ins with managers to assess employee progress.
Help employees identify development areas and set goals for improvement.
5. HR Software / HRIS
Manage HR processes including employee data storage, benefits administration, time and attendance tracking, using Spine and SAP.
6. Operations
Prepare job descriptions, ID cards, visiting cards, and various HR letters (offer letters, bank letters, and appointment letters).
Admin Job role:
Making Travel arrangenments, such as booking tickets,cars and rail and hotel reservations to be well controlled of all Functional Heads.
Connecting with all vendors and the payments to be done through official credit card after getting approval.( Monthly utility Bill Payment on behalf of the company).
Maintaining monthly worksheets for all the online payments and submitting to accounts team.
Coordinating with Vendors and getting quotes for all admin work.
