Job Description

Conducted employees onboarding, Induction & complete the joining formalities and documentation process.

Assisting the recruitment process.

Realising offer letter, appointment letter, experience letter, resignation letter, relieving letters.

Maintaining Leave & attendance records of the employees.

Track and maintain all Hr related data of employes.

Issuing new ID cards and new bank account details to employees.

Handling daily, weekly and monthly follow up of MIS report

Making individual candidates files and documents

Updating Kyc of candidates in excel and daily follow up with them. Proficient in using Job portals for finding suitable candidate.

Pre & Post Joining Formalities.

Handle leave, attendance and Exit Process.

Provide support to employees in various HR Related topics such as Leave and compensation to resolve issue that may arise.

Employee engagement activity.
