• Assistance in recruitment process, including screening of resume, interview arrangement, selection and placement etc.
• Collection of documents from the new employee as per the provided check-list.
• Providing relevant forms and information to new employees and assisting in completion of the forms etc.
• Assisting in up-dation and maintain employee information into System and personnel files.
• Generate monthly reports for review of HR Head.
• Assisting in managing employee attendance, leave etc.
• Ensure completion of documents in personnel files from joining to exit.
• Monitoring the staff during the coming and outgoing at the gate.
• Assistance in management of staff training (liaise with training providers / documentation preparation / allocation & record / analysis etc.)
• Ensure all records are updated and reports are timely and accurate.
• Assistance in conducting an orientation program for all newly hired employees.
• Ensure proper attendance of staff.
• Maintain diary, arrange meetings, appointments and provide reminders.
• Assists in the coordination of office maintenance and repairs.
• Housekeeping, Safety & Facility Management.
• Assist HR with the candidate interview.
• Assistance in Celebrating employee birthdays.
• Assistance in managing monthly birthday and anniversary records and send greetings accordingly.
