Salary: Up to 35K Per month

Qualification: Bachelors/ Masters/ Diploma in HR Management

Responsibilities:

- End to end Operation in HR: Using his skills to operate all the related activities of the Organization.

- Managing the leaves criteria of the candidate in the Organization.

- Hardworking, fulfilling the criteria of working of the Organization.

- An HR & Admin Officer maintains personnel records, updates databases, and creates guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.

- They gather payroll data, publish job ads, schedule interviews, and prepare HR-related reports.

- They also develop training materials and respond to employee inquiries about benefits.
