a) To timely prepare HR compliance related documents like:
a) Form A – Format of Employee Register
b) Form B – Format of wage Register
c) Form C – Format of Register of Loan & Recovery
d) Form D – Format of attendance Register
e) Form (18)- Register of leave with wage (Person wise)
f) Bank Transaction
g) ESIC
- ESIC Double verification (Challan & Contribution)
- Contribution (ECR)
- Bank Transaction Receipt
h) PF ECR
- Bank Receipt
- Payment Confirmation
- TRRN ECR
i) Salary Slip
j) PT Challan
k) LWR ( Labour Welfare)
b) To get approval from client representatives on HR compliance related Documents.
c) To regularly file employee wise documents.
d) To update data in ERP with new employee records and create PF ESIC registration accounts.
e) To prepare monthly salary sheet on time.
f) To prepare daily attendance report of plant team members.

b) In ERP
c) In Excel
g) To prepare daily OT report of plant members
h) To coordinate and prepare documentation for gate passes
i) To coordinate, share, get issued WC policy
j) To maintain OT excel calculation file
k) To attend request/query related to PF and ESIC accounts for existing or earlier employees
l) To regularly update minimum wages matrix format & List of format sheets.
m) To attend daily GEMBA meeting.
n) To keep track of all employee leaves
o) To take DPR and attendance follow-up with remote working employees.
p) To raise requisition for office stationery and utility items like (cleaning material, cakes, snacks etc.)
q) To ensure disciplinary points are being followed by the team members like
a) Regularly wearing uniform & safety shoes
b) Regularly wearing PPEs (Gloves, Helmet, Goggles, etc.)
c) Timeliness of arrival & reporting of Immense team members at the plant.
