RightFit Resources OPC Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic **HR Assistant** to support our human resources operations across **Odisha**. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administrative tasks.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in **recruitment** by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Handle employee queries and support HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
- Help organize training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare reports and assist in payroll and attendance management.
### **Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
