The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in developing job descriptions and job specifications.
Post job openings on various platforms and manage the application process.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and necessary paperwork.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts in a professional manner.
Promote employee engagement and support initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
Performance Management:
Assist in the development and implementation of performance review processes.
Support managers in setting performance goals and providing feedback.
Track performance metrics and provide reports as needed.
Compliance & Record-Keeping:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
Prepare and submit reports related to HR activities and statistics.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
Administrative Support:
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Organize and maintain HR files and documentation.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
