We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will play a critical role in managing and implementing various HR programs and initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and supporting the overall HR strategy. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Partner with management to identify and address employee needs, concerns, and issues

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees

Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations

Administer and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they are consistent with current legislation and best practices

Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including performance management and disciplinary actions

Conduct training sessions and workshops on various HR topics to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems and processes

Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts to achieve positive outcomes

Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR-related projects and initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Proven work experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role

Solid understanding of HR practices and principles

Excellent knowledge of local labor laws and regulations

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Exceptional organizational and time management skills
