Job Title: HR Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, and compliance. The HR Executive will work closely with management and employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and selection: Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts; provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Performance Management: Assist with performance evaluations, goal setting, and employee feedback.
- Communication: Facilitate internal communication, company announcements, and HR-related news.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements:
- BBA in HR Management
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
