2. Implementing HR policies and systems starting from employee entry to exit from the organization like on boarding, induction, training, performance management system, compensation management, career growth, learning and development system, retention, etc.

3. Maintaining all employee MIS, records, documents & file management.

4. Managing the employee exit process, full and final as well as relieving formalities in a smooth manner.

5. Handling employee grievances as well as feedback regularly to ensure the highest level of employee satisfaction.

6. Facilitating all employee engagement activities as per the employee event calendar.

7. Liaising with relevant authorities to ensure company's compliance with local labor laws and related statutory requirements.

8 . Managing the entire administration related work.
