1. To Recruit Workmen of Required Skill & Competency.
2. Maintain attendance record of staff, worker and contractor worker

9. Liason with various govt authorities which includes factory Inspector, MPCB, PF and other relevant authorities.
10. Monitor and take care of building maintenance, infrastructure. Inform management about any repairs or modifications required.
11. To Maintain All Admin and HR Documents & Records.
12. Monitor the housekeeping activities on regular basis
13. Monitor Security functions and keep track of the shifts and changes in the service, contract etc.
14. Arranging ticketing & visa whenever required
15. Arranging worker to site work and check & clear their voucher expenses
16. Guest Management
17. Maintenance Of All Office Equipment’s
18. Handle day to day admin activities like Security, Plumbing, Fabrication issues
19. Taking care of MSEB payment
20. Whenever at the time of emergency to look after dispatch & unloading work
21. Asper emergency, do perform outdoor work
22. Ensure the scrap is received by the concerned production department and Place specified Scrap in a designated area of the scrap yard
23. To file yearly factory returns, statistics report, MPCB return and other reports required by authorities
24. Any other job given by the management.
