key responsibilities:
1. recruitment and onboarding:
recruitment: assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting preliminary interviews.
onboarding: facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring the completion of all necessary paperwork.
2. employee relations:
support: provide support to employees and managers on hr-related issues, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
engagement: promote a positive work environment by organizing employee engagement activities and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
3. performance management:
assistance: support the performance management process, including setting up performance reviews, tracking employee performance, and assisting with performance improvement plans.
documentation: maintain records of performance evaluations and follow up on the implementation of feedback and development plans.
4. hr administration:
documentation: maintain and update employee records, including personal details, employment history, and leave records.
compliance: ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. prepare and maintain hr reports and documentation as required.
5. training and development:
coordination: assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees, including orientation, skills development, and compliance training.
tracking: monitor and track employee training and development progress, and maintain records of training sessions and certifications.
6. payroll and benefits administration:
support: assist with payroll processing, including verifying timesheets, calculating hours, and ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries.
benefits: administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. address employee queries regarding benefits.
