Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting preliminary interviews.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring the completion of all necessary paperwork.
2. Employee Relations:
Support: Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
Engagement: Promote a positive work environment by organizing employee engagement activities and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
3. Performance Management:
Assistance: Support the performance management process, including setting up performance reviews, tracking employee performance, and assisting with performance improvement plans.
Documentation: Maintain records of performance evaluations and follow up on the implementation of feedback and development plans.
4. HR Administration:
Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, employment history, and leave records.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation as required.
5. Training and Development:
Coordination: Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees, including orientation, skills development, and compliance training.
Tracking: Monitor and track employee training and development progress, and maintain records of training sessions and certifications.
6. Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Support: Assist with payroll processing, including verifying timesheets, calculating hours, and ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries.
Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Address employee queries regarding benefits.
