Key responsibilities :
• Recruitment CVs search, preparing basic JDs, portal/database search, prelim telephonic interviews, coordinating for further interviews with senior panelists etc, pre offer documentation.
• Handling full employee life cycle for the corporate, field and plant employees.
• Communicating the employment status to the applied candidates.
• on-boarding & induction coordination for the schedule, documentation for the new joinee, software registrations, coordination with admin for the assets and infrastructure etc
• Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.
• Induction & Joining Formalities
• Coordinate the Induction and Orientation programs for the New Recruits
• Monthly MIS for all the activities in the prescribed formats
• Payroll & attendance monthly through software for payroll & third party vendors
• Statutory compliance working knowledge of PF, ESIC, Gratuity, P Tax etc will be an added advantage
• Exit formalities as per policies
• Employee engagement initiatives coordination and execution of various events, festivities
• Assisting HR Head in various strategic initiatives and on going projects
