To conduct newcomers orientation process and briefing of employment terms and conditions
To prepare monthly salary data
To monitor daily attendance of all staff, keeping a record of it and submitting the same.
To promote harmonious working environment (.: at workstation, office outing etc.)
To act as the point of contact regarding government legislations issues (.:- EPF,ESIC)
To prepare EPF and ESIC calculations & pay challans when required
To handle employees disciplinary matter.
To prepare new employees ID cards as & when required.
To Handle recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employees engagement & relations, performance management, safety
compliance, etc
Updating of staff information in the database and Personnel File Maintenance and
ensuring confidentiality at all times
Preparing appointment letters, offer letters, absconding letters, transfer & other letters.
Understanding the training requirement for team and getting the same arranged from relevant Team leaders Background checks and KYC documentation management of employees
Assist with performance appraisal
To arrange & host all the corporate events (eg: team outings, Diwali celebration, birthday celebration, farewell)
To upkeep employee record & send workplace greetings email to all employees like birthday wishes, last day of working, festival wishes, etc
To manage petty cash & maintain petty cash report, sending the same at the end of each month
To arrange refreshments on special events keeping the set budget in mind and handling the admin work.
To keep the track of interviewed candidates by maintaining Excel sheet and sharing the
same
