Sending daily attendance to Management
- Tracking daily employee attendance in register, excel and biometric
- Arranging & coordinating for daily admin activities
- Arranging & coordinating for Interviews/Initial screening the candidates/ coordinating in recruitment processes /training programs.
- Preparing and submitting all relater HR letters, offer letters, appointment letters, warning , memo, relieving letters, as per instructions and guiding the same to the respective employees
- Conduct employee orientation and facilitate new comers joining formalities, onboarding, documentations
- Maintain and regularly update ( personal database) of each employee, issuing Ecode, ID and mobile no. or any asset handover (on instructions)
- Getting done new joinee’ s biometric, admin link and bank account procedure
- File management - Updating employee records in file and in admin portal
- Assisting in employee appraisals, employee engagement emails, sending birthday emails, notifications etc
- Co-ordination for any activities and celebrations
- Assisting in employee exit formalities, FNF clearance & back ground verification
- Co-coordinating with consultant and job posting in recruitment sites for open positions
