Job Description

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.

2. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating selection.

3. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

4. Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring effective communication between employees and management.

5. Manage the performance appraisal process, including setting up key performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting regular performance reviews.

6. Oversee the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.

7. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks

8. Identify training needs within the organization and design appropriate learning and development programs.

9. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

10. Identify and track relevant tender opportunities for the company by reviewing government and private sector tenders, e-procurement platforms, and industry-specific announcements.

11. Prepare and compile the necessary documentation required for tender submissions, including technical, financial, and legal documents.

12. Collaborate with technical teams to develop compelling and competitive bid proposals that align with client requirements.

13. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends in the electronics sector.
