Attendance Tracking: Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of employee attendance.

Insurance Administration: Handle employee insurance policies and claims.

Employee Policy Management: Develop, implement, and communicate company policies to employees.

ESI and PF Management: Manage Employee State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF) for employees and workers.

Offer Letter Preparation: Prepare and distribute offer letters to new hires
