We are hiring HR Executive for Automation Manufacturing industry at Pune Bhor

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting

interviews, and onboarding new hires.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor

laws and regulations.

• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans,

and leave management.

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data security.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.

• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary

actions.

• Assist with training and development initiatives for all employees.

• Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.

• Prepare and present HR-related reports to management.

• (Optional) Manage the HR department budget.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a

related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum of (number) years of experience in HR generalist or similar role.

• Strong understanding of employment law and regulations.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software (., HRIS, ATS)
