We are hiring HR Executive for Automation Manufacturing industry at Pune Bhor

Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting

interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor

laws and regulations.

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans,

and leave management.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data security.

Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.

Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary

actions.

Assist with training and development initiatives for all employees.

Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.

Prepare and present HR-related reports to management.

(Optional) Manage the HR department budget.

Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a

related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum of (number) years of experience in HR generalist or similar role.

Strong understanding of employment law and regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software (., HRIS, ATS)
