Dear Candidate,

This is in reference to your application for Home Based Recruiter. The job details are as follows:

a) We will provide you with Job description of client’s requirements explaining the kind of resources required for their organization

b) We will provide you online training, Monthly mobile expences for calling candidates (once ur first candidate gets selected) the portal access to search candidates profile list and experience letter till how long u work for us as employee

c) You have to match the CVs with the client requirements and lineup candidates for the interview

d) After the interview , you need to take the feedback from the candidate about the status of the interview.

e) You need to keep us updated with the list of candidates selected or rejected

f) We get the status from the clients and update you if the candidate got selected or rejected.

g) No targets no timings you can work at your own space of time

Payment Plan

We pay 25% of the payments that we receive from the client subject to a minimum of Rs 2000/- per candidate. This is payable to you once the candidate completes 30 days of employment.

Other Incentives:

In addition to the above, we have some promotional schemes which would be communicated periodically.

People who do not have any experience in a similar field, can also apply as online training will be provided.
