Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources policies and programs. They will handle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures. This role is primarily located in Gandhinagar, but offers flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Experience in human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience in handling HR software and systems
Ability to work independently and remotely
