Assisting in the day-to-day operation of HR.

Maintenance of the proper manpower record and files.

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

Follow-up on collecting the monthly attendance.

Updating the leave balances on ERP every month.

ERP data entry and documentation.

Assist in EPF/ESI enrolment/deletion, docs verification etc.

Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws, regulations, and company policies.

Knowledge in Payroll processing.

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in MS Office specifically in excel

MBA HR- 3 to 4 Year of Experience in HR related works, Payroll Processing
