• Assisting in the day-to-day operation of HR.

• Maintenance of the proper manpower record and files.

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

• Follow-up on collecting the monthly attendance.

• Updating the leave balances on ERP every month.

• ERP data entry and documentation.

• Assist in EPF/ESI enrolment/deletion, docs verification etc.

• Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Knowledge in Payroll processing.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office specifically in excel

• MBA HR- 3 to 4 Year of Experience in HR related works, Payroll Processing
