Roles and Responsibilities an HR Executive:
• Design and update job descriptions.
• Screen incoming resumes and job applications.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to Hiring Manager.
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
• Thorough knowledge of Job Portals- LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc. and recruitment through socialmedia.
• Conducting candidate interviews and managing recruitment with various Recruitment
Partners/Agencies.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, documents, and reports.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Requirements and Skills:
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
- Attention to detail and good judgement.
- Self-Motivated. Friendly personality. Team player.
- Must have team-handling skills.
- Proficient in Office 365. Outlook/Word /Excel /PowerPoint.
- Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays
