Designation: HR Executive (Male)
Location: Sonepur, Odisha (Plant Site)
Reporting to HR Manager (Plant) & Corporate Office
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
Address employee queries and concerns.
Manage and resolve conflicts within the workplace.
Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records.
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs within the organization.
Coordinate training programs and workshops.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs.
Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries. (PF/ESI/Gratuity/Performance Bonus)
Policy Implementation:
Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures as per the guideline from Corporate Office.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Compliance and Legal:
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations.
Ensure HR practices align with legal requirements.
Assist the HR Manager in handling disciplinary matters and terminations.
SKILLS:
MBA in HR Specialization (Regular MBA)
Must be good in MS- Office and Internet
Good drafting knowledge
Age Limit - 25-30 years
