Employee Relations Management:
Manage and resolve employee relations issues at the executive level to foster a positive workplace environment.
Investigations:
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns to address issues and ensure fair treatment.
Handle HRMS:
Implement the HRMS and see to it everything works through HRMS to keep a record up to date.
Asset management
Allot the necessary assets like laptops, sim cards, phones, chargers and others to employees who have the need.
Maintain the updated record of asset handover data.
Statutory compliance Handling:
Open PF and ESI accounts of new joinees. Facilitate withdrawal of PF amount.
Employee Engagement Programs:
Develop and implement employee engagement programs targeted at executives to enhance job satisfaction and commitment.
Policy Guidance:
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure adherence and consistency.
Collaboration with Executives and HR:
Collaborate with executives and HR teams to address organisational challenges and promote effective communication.
Satisfaction Monitoring:
Monitor and assess executive satisfaction and morale to identify areas for improvement and maintain a positive workplace culture.
