As an HR Executive, your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within the company. This includes recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, managing benefits and compensation, and handling any disciplinary actions or grievances that may arise.
