Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing end to end interview process from scheduling the interviews to delivery of the candidate
- Assist candidates in understanding the organization's culture and values, helping them to align their preparation accordingly.
- Share relevant background information about the company, position, and interviewers.
- Ensure candidates have a positive and seamless experience throughout the interview process.
- Building relationship with the candidate
- Maintaining Interview dashboards/ trackers
- Sharing timely feedback with the internal teams (Talent Acquisition Team, Client Services Team)
- Follow-ups with Interviewer Panel for interview schedules & seek continuous feedback for any further improvisation
- Reference Gathering from the prospect candidates
- Resume formatting and editing of the candidates
- Monitoring of hires and operations
- Continuously evaluate and refine the interview scheduling and coordination process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policies and operational metrics
- Conducting and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identifying issues and recommending actions
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholder group
- Cooperating with and providing status to Recruiting Leadership, other Recruiters, HR and Sourcing regarding candidates
Must Have
- Minimum qualification- Graduate in any field
- Excellent communication skills
- Smart strong with articulation skills
- Detail Oriented
- Hands on experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (Virtual/Physical).
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for the above-mentioned roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Possess excellent analytical skills
