Job Summary:

The HR & Sales Support role is a dynamic position that combines administrative, HR, and sales support functions. This individual will assist the HR department in managing recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks while also supporting the sales team with order processing, customer inquiries, and sales documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Support:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in posting job advertisements and managing candidate applications.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding processes.

Employee Records Management:

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Ensure all HR files and records are accurate and confidential.

Employee Relations:

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives.

Compliance and Policy Administration:

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Sales Support:

Order Processing:

Assist in processing sales orders and ensuring accurate entry into the sales system.

Coordinate with the logistics and finance departments to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.

Customer Support:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

Provide information on products and services and resolve customer issues.

Sales Documentation:

Prepare and maintain sales reports, proposals, and presentations.

Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and agreements.

Sales Coordination:

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and communication.
