Key Responsibilities:
HR Support:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in posting job advertisements and managing candidate applications.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
Employee Records Management:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Ensure all HR files and records are accurate and confidential.
Employee Relations:
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives.
Compliance and Policy Administration:
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Sales Support:
Order Processing:
Assist in processing sales orders and ensuring accurate entry into the sales system.
