Roles and Responsibilities
Work independently and display a high level of independent discretion in managing human resource initiatives.
. Provide support to employees for various topics, like Leaves, compensation etc.
. Good verbal and written communication.
Should know Emails handling, Recruitment (Non IT), screening, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, volume hiring, Joining formalities, Administration, Leave management, Attendance etc.
Partner with HRBP(s) on the implementation of HR strategies, programs and solutions.
Reporting to the HRBP Manager, you will balance corporate, function, geographic business needs in deploying HR programs to the business units, and collaborate with global HR team to influence the design and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to meet business needs.
. Creating and maintaining MIS reports
