About the Role:
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle at Indana Industries. You will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to labor laws.
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Maintain statutory compliance for employee benefits including PF (Provident Fund), ESIC (Employees' State Insurance Corporation), WC (Workmen's Compensation), LWF (Labour Welfare Fund), and state-wise minimum wages.
Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain comprehensive employee records and handle employee relations inquiries.
Stay updated on latest HR practices and labor laws. (SAP knowledge a plus)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role.
Hands-on experience with payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office Suite. (SAP knowledge a strong advantage)
