We are looking for an HR Generalist '' who will be supporting the Talent Acquisition, HR Operations L&D.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of Talent acquisition support and manage the end to end recruitment process .

Understanding the Job requirement, Sourcing CVs, closing open positions, Freshers

hiring, international hiring & stakeholder management

Learn, understand and execute HR Operations activities like employee induction & onboarding,

employee records, attendance, payroll & leave, remote tools, etc.)

Learn, understand and execute L&D activities for the functions.

Maintaining data and reporting for TA, Ops & L&D

Ideate & execute employee connects, virtual engagement activities

Who can apply?

Only freshers finishing their graduation/post-graduation in the year 2024 / BSc / BA / BBA /

/ MSc / MA / MBA & any similar fields should apply.

Selection Process(Online/Virtual):

Online English Test (MCQ based)

Assignment

Interview with TA Team - BEI & Function round

Final Interview with Function Head

Tenure & Compensation structure:

- This 6 months program is designed for students in the final year of their course and are looking to kick

start their career in Human Resources.
