Job Description

Responsibilities of candidates include:

• hiring candidates

• ensuring business needs for hiring are met

• must have experience in hiring at entry level to senior level positions

• maintain registers as per factories act & compliances

• solve employee & workers grievances, problems, issues

• conduct new joining formalities to their documentation process

• office maintenance & repairs

• maintain cleanliness of office premises

• able to handle day to admin work

• good verbal & convincing skills

Experience: 2-3 years with any graduate degree

Job Location: Varachha (Near Getanjali) & Sachin (Special Economic Zone)

Note: Candidate having worked with Jewellery Manufacturing Company will be added advantage.
